Mom's Best Zucchini Go-Lacta® Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans or a bundt pan.

3 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. Go-Lacta® moringa powder

In a large bowl:
Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.
Stir in the grated zucchini.
Blend in the sour cream.

In a small bowl:
Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and moringa powder.

Combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture, 1 cup at a time.

Bake until cooked all the way through and toothpick comes out clean about 80 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Serve with a dollop of yogurt and/or fresh fruit!
