the Go-Lacta Story

Hello, I’m Angela!

Thank you for checking out Go-Lacta®; we are proud and honored to be a part of your breastfeeding journey.

I am often asked what prompted me to introduce our 100% natural Moringa products to the breastfeeding marketplace here in the U.S. Moringa leaves are widely regaled in the Philippines and are a huge part of the culture in the islands. Every family has at least one Moringa tree in their yard, if not more. The success of Moringa as a galactagogue has been passed verbally from mother to daughter, from generation to generation.

I started Sugarpod Naturals in 2007 after the birth of my first child and recalled my own mother suggesting Moringa to help support and encourage breast milk. To my complete surprise, I was unable to locate any Moringa; no capsules, no tea or even fresh leaves here in the States.

Sugarpod Naturals and Go-Lacta® was the first manufacturer to introduce raw, 100% all natural Moringa products to the U.S. supplement marketplace. Our Moringa leaves are harvested, processed, and freshness sealed all within a single day.

Our Moringa is dried and processed at the same location it is harvested. This method allows Go-Lacta® to maintain the highest level of sanitation and quality control in all of our products. The capsules, tea and powder all carry certifications that exceed all ISO 9001 organic and manufacturing criteria, an international standard for a quality management system ("QMS") created by the International Standard Organization based in Geneva, Switzerland. We routinely collect samples of the farm’s soil and water sources to send to a laboratory to test for the presence of heavy metals, pesticides and toxins.

If you are looking for breastmilk production support, you have come to the right place; Go-Lacta® is here to help support and encourage your body’s natural processes in providing you and your family with the green goodness of all natural, raw Moringa products.
