1. boil water in a saucepan and add gelatin. use whisk to break up all clumps then stir until gelatin has completely dissolved.
2. add sugar and Go-Lacta® in to gelatin mix then again with whisk, stir to dissolve.
3. add milk and almond extract, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
4. pour mixture in to molds and refrigerate for several hours or overnight until firm.
