How to use
Moringa capsules:
Take 2 capsules, 3x/day with food i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You may increase or decrease the number of capsules depending on your desired boost in milk supply*.

For cradle cap and diaper rash, with clean and washed hands, add a few drops of Moringa oil to baby’s scalp and massage. Repeat every after bath until skin clears.
As a face and lip oil to hydrate and nourish skin, apply a few drops of Moringa oil after cleansing and gently massage it in until fully absorbed.
