Mary Ann's Summer Pasta

Just in time for summer! Aunt Mary Ann, taking full advantage of summer tomato harvest! Boost your lycopene, vitamin A and C and amino acids!


Preparation: 10 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes

Yield: 5-6 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. spaghetti
2  cups cherry tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic - chopped (about I Tbsp.)
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves - chopped
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese - shredded
1 packet (3grams) Go-Lacta® Powder or more (to taste)
1 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare sauce: Mix in large bowl olive oil, basil leaves, garlic, feta cheese, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and Go-Lacta® Powder
  4. Pour sauce over pasta.
  5. Place extra sauce in a bottle to keep; reheat when desired.
