Double Chocolate Moringa Zucchini Muffins

Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
Serving: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
½ cups shredded drained zucchini
½ cup apple sauce
2 eggs
⅛ cup coffee milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp lemon juice
3.5 cups oat flour
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
½ tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
3 grams moringa powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix wet ingredients (applesauce, sugar, coffee, lemon, vanilla)
3. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, salt, cocoa powder, moringa, baking soda)
4. Add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and mix
5. Add the zucchini and mix
6. Add the chocolate chips and mix
7. Scoop batter into a baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes 8. Cool for 5 minutes then enjoy!!
