Pizza dough Recipe c/o Alexandra Wiedholz Dough: 2 cups all purpose flour 3 grams Go-Lacta powder 1/2Tbsp sugar 1/2tsp salt 1 tsp dry yeast 1/2Tbsp olive oil 1/2cup water Flour to dust the working area
Toppings: Any preference for pizza i.e. Tomato paste or pasta sauce Mozzarella cheese, jack cheese or Parmesan cheese Oregano, basil, ham, pepperoni, garlic, mushrooms
Procedure: 1. Stir together flour, sugar, salt, go-lacta powder and yeast 2. Add oil and water and knead until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and the gluten is well developed. 3. The consistency of the dough can be adjusted by adding a little bit more water or flour. 4. Knead the dough until It’s not sticky. Make into a ball 5. Place in bowl and cover. With a plastic wrap or kitchen towel in a warm area. 6. Wait for an hour or so until the dough rises. Almost double the size. 7. Divide the dough portion into 2. 8. Preheat oven to highest setting (500F) 9. Prepare toppings. 10.stretch each dough portion into a 10-12 inch disc. Place it on parchment paper 11. Layer toppings. Tomato paste. or tomato sauce first. Then cheese, meat, veggies 12. Bake in oven until cheese is bubbly and crust is nice and browned. 13. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle golacta powder.
