Go-Lacta® Hearty Banana Loaf

ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup agave or molasses
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup canola oil
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp Go-Lacta® Moringa powder
1/4 cups quick cook oatmeal
1 1/2 cups banana
directions:
1. preheat oven to 350F
2. line a loaf pan with parchment paper
3. add eggs, sugars, agave/molasses, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk to a bowl. using a spoon, hand or stand mixer, combine to mix thoroughly.
4. add milk and canola oil. mix with dry ingredients until fully blended on a medium speed
5. add flour, Go-Lacta® Moringa powder and oatmeal to the bowl and mix together thoroughly then add in bananas. increase speed to high and mix until completely incorporated
6. pour batter in to loaf pan
7. back in oven for 55 minutes. insert a toothpick in the center to determine if done; a clean dry toothpick lets you know loaf is fully baked through
8. allow to cool completely before removing from loaf pan or slicing.
9. enjoy as is or serve with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert
10. warm a slice for 30 seconds in the microwave for a hearty breakfast
